We used WJ Building for the renovation of our home in Greenwich. We can highly recommend this company.
We lived in the property whilst work was being done and WJ building minimised the inconvenience to our family of five. We found Warwick and Jason to be professional, organised and kept a very tidy worksite. They kept to the building schedule and completed the work on time.
They kept us informed of progress, happily answered any question we had and were accommodating about any changes we made along the way. The attention to detail, competence, ease of communication and high standards of work can be recommended. The quality of the sub-contractors was exceptional. Astroc Structural Engineering has worked in association with Warwick Jenkins and Jason Mathews of WJ Building Pty Ltd during the construction of numerous residential building projects over the last three years.
Both Warwick and Jason are competent builders who undertake their work in a professional manner. They control the contract administration, sub contractor management and compliance. They have an inclusive approach with design and building ideas, which helps provide a quality product, within commercial realities. They also ensure that all WHS policy and procedures are maintained. This is typical of our experiences with WJ Building Pty Ltd.
Their diligence with all mandatory inspections and certification requirements is excellent.

After purchasing a 1955 weatherboard house in Brookvale in 2006, we struggled to find a builder to assist with renovating the house inside and out. It was important to us to find a builder that we could trust, who we could talk to easily, who would listen and deliver what we wanted at the right price. Both my husband and I are somewhat perfectionists so we needed a builder that appreciated our eye for quality – we found that in WJ Building. We have employed the services of WJ Building twice to renovate our house as we took a phased approach starting in 2008, with a complete renovation & back extension to the existing house providing an open plan kitchen, dining, living area and deck. Phase 2 was completed in 2013 with further extension to the house building a double garage, rumpus/media room, guest quarters and new front entrance and driveway.
Our experience in building with WJ Building has been exceptional. Their approach to the job was always professional and well organised. We were informed upfront of the pending stages and any decisions that had to be made ensuring the job ran to schedule. Warwick always took the time to answer the many questions we had and explain the technicalities of building when asked. We were impressed with the overall creativity and craftsmanship that went into the construction of our home, their ability to promptly resolve issues that arose and their flexibility with amendments required. Our home is beautiful thanks to the high standards set by WJ Building, who we now highly recommend to family and friends.

We could not recommend WJ Building highly enough. They carried out a full alteration and addition in Stage 1 of our project providing us with a seamless open plan living, kitchen, dining area and a new bathroom.
During Stage 2 they added a new level creating a new bedroom with a dorma window, ensuite bathroom and a walk in wardrobe. It speaks louder than words that we have worked with them twice.
We have even gone as far as to recommend them to close friends. Not something anyone does lightly.
